Q: How can I view the
status of my order?
A: Go to the My Account screen and log in. Everything
is right there. Of course, you can email us with any concerns.
Q: What
are your shipping costs?
A: You
can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be
displayed on the Invoice you will see before confirming your order.
Q:
How fast do you ship my order?
A:
We keep a lot of stock on hand, which we ship within 48 hours of receiving your
order. Because we do have such a diversity of products, we maintain
relationships with distributors through out the nation. If one supplier is short, we roll to the
next. It may take a couple of extra days,
but every order is a priority because we want you back! Of course, we will be in touch to let you
know of any delay, in case time is a factor.
Q: Will you buy my knife? Can I trade it in for something else?
A: We buy a lot of knives, new and used, and we
will be happy to give you a cash or trade-in offer. We buy most brands, but we do reserve the
right to reject any offers if market demands are not strong enough.
Q: Can I buy automatic knives?
A: We are cutlery dealers, not lawyers. Just because you can buy one doesn’t mean it
is legal
for you to have it. We require all purchasers
of automatic knives to check that they accept responsibility to understand the
laws of their areas!
Q: Do you
offer discounts?
A: We offer
10% off to all Law Enforcement, Military, and EMS
personnel, active or retired. All we ask
is a copy of your ID. Anyone else can create an account on our
website, and there is an option to receive our email newsletter that will
contain great prices on a great selection of items. Plus we run auctions, selling great things
for great prices on EBay and GunBroker .
Q: I saw an
item in a magazine or on the internet that is not on your site. Can you get me one?
A: We’ve
built our company on customer service.
That includes doing what we can through the industry relations we have
built over the years to get you what you want as soon as it is released to
us. We often take pre-orders on items
that are sure to be great sellers, just to make sure we have those items
available to our customers first!
Q: I see your site says 2 on hand of something and I
would like more - Help!
A: Larger orders can take a little bit longer to
process, but we can often offer a discount toward your purchase to offset the
wait. We will contact you if there is an
issue and we never charge to process an order until it is ready to ship!
