Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the My Account screen and log in, everything is right there, of course, you may email us with any concerns.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q:How fast do you ship my order?
A: We have alot of stock and if your products are instock, they usually ship within 48hrs. However, if we have to add an item to our weekly shipments, it may take a couple days, but every order is a priority, we want you back!
Q:Will you buy my knife? Can I trade it in for something else?
A:We buy alot of knives, new and used, we will be happy to give you a cash or trade in offer. We buy most brands, but we do reserve the right of course to reject any offers if market demands are not strong enough.
Q:Can I buy automatic knives?
A:We are cutlery dealers, not lawyers. We require all auto sales to understand and to check that they understand the laws of there areas!
Q:Do you offer discounts?
A:We offer 10% off to all Law Enforement, Military and EMS personal. And as a side note, we have always cut a little off here and there, or thrown in a freebie to our regular customers, so order a few times and get on our "regulars list". We do send emails out to our members list and there is usually some great knives in our trade section.
Q:I saw a item in a magazine or on the internet that is not on your site, can you get me that one?
A: Most likey, we have access to just about every brand made, 100's of manufactures and most likely close to 10,000 items, just email us!
Q: I see your site says 2 on hand of something I would like more of, Help!
A: We add only a minimum of stock counts on each item, stock moves so fast and we can get deleveries so quickly, we can't keep up with everything all at once. We answer emails several times a day, just ask and we will be happy to give you an idea, or go ahead and order, we will contact you if there is an issue and we never charge or process an order until it is ready to ship!
Q: There is a new item on the site, can I order it now?
A: We take preorders on new items and maintain customer want lists, and of course, we never charge or process an order until it is ready to ship!
