The RC-3 features a substantial upgrade in overall fit and finish, as well as lined gray Micarta slab handles and a Super Tuff black textured powder coat on the 1095 carbon steel. The partially serrated version features five equally spaced aggressive serrations that can be re-sharpened with a 3/8" diameter hone. These serrations are much more efficient than most and easily cut through canvas, seat belts or other flexible materials. They’ve also coupled this improved model with a sheath system that can be carried in just about any configuration for the perfect, lightweight carry knife.
